तुम क़िस्मत-क़िस्मत करो जियो याचक बन कर मैं चला क्षितिज के पार सितारे क्या कर लेंगे
तुम दिखलाते हो राह मुझे मंजिल की, मैं आँखों से लाचार इशारे क्या कर लेंगे
हम ने जो कुछ भी कहा वही कर बैठे जो सोचें सौ-सौ बार बेचारे क्या कर लेंगे
