जनम सब बातनमें बित गयोरे ॥ध्रु०॥ बार बरस गये लडकाई । बसे जोवन भयो । त्रिश बरस मायाके कारन देश बिदेश गयो ॥१॥ चालीस अंदर राजकुं पायो बढे लोभ नित नयो । सुख संपत मायाके कारण ऐसे चलत गयो ॥ जन० ॥२॥ सुकी त्वचा कमर भई ढिली, ए सब ठाठ भयो । बेटा बहुवर कह्यो न माने बुड ना शठजीहू भयो ॥ जन० ॥३॥ ना हरी भजना ना गुरु सेवा ना कछु दान दियो । सूरदास मिथ्या तन खोवत जब ये जमही आन मिल्यो ॥ जन०॥४॥
