एक दिन अति शान्त मन मैं चली आऊँगी तुम्हारे पास . दीप की कँपती हुई लौ जल सके निर्वात , तभी आऊँगी तुम्हारे पास!
और, विचलित न हो जब थिर हो सकूँ, मौसमों से दोस्ती के बीज फिर से बो सकूँ , अभी थोड़ा भ्रम बचा ही रह गया होगा . उबर कर मैं चली आऊँगी तुम्हारे पास!
अभी राहें कहाँ चल कर पास आने को, रीति-नीति सभी निभाने को पड़ी हैं . निर्णयों में देर ही होती चली जाती, और भी कठिनाइयाँ आकर अड़ी हैं . अभी कहाँ निवृत्ति मेरी , शेष हैं कुछ ऋण चुकाने को . एक दिन जब चुप न रह कर, बहूँ निर्झऱ सी बिना आयास चली आऊँगी तुम्हारे पास!
मत बुलाना , फिर कहीं कोई विवशता टेर लेगी. टेरना मत अभी, द्विविधा लौट कर फिर घेर लेगी . रस्ते से बुला ले कोई रुकावट , कहीं फिर जाऊँ वहीं चुपचाप. एक दिन सबसे उबर लूँ सिर चढ़े जो दोष, उसी दिन ऐसा लगेगा अब न कोई टोक . बीत जाये यह विषम घड़ियाँ बड़ी हैं, तपन औ', विश्रान्ति शीतल हो कि जब अनयास . चली आऊँगी तुम्हारे पास!
कुछ समझना रह गया होगा , कहीं कच्चापन बचा होगा . पार हो जायें सभी व्यवधान , पूर्ण अपने स्वयं का संधान . एक दिन आँसू जमे , जब पिघल-गल बह जायँ अपने आप , चली आऊँगी तुम्हारे पास!
देह के, मन के अभी तो शेष हैं घेरे . यहाँ के व्यवहार के बाकी अभी फेरे. कामना के साथ कितने जाल - घेरते बन व्याल . सभी धो लूँ दोष, विभ्रमों से मुक्त , हो सहज निष्पाप. नृत्य सी लालित्यमय बन जाय हर पदचाप . चली आऊँगी तुम्हारे पास!
