खेलूँगी कभी न होली उससे जो नहीं हमजोली ।

यह आँख नहीं कुछ बोली, यह हुई श्याम की तोली, ऐसी भी रही ठठोली, गाढ़े रेशम की चोली-

अपने से अपनी धो लो, अपना घूँघट तुम खोलो, अपनी ही बातें बोलो, मैं बसी पराई टोली ।

जिनसे होगा कुछ नाता, उनसे रह लेगा माथा, उनसे हैं जोडूँ-जाता, मैं मोल दूसरे मोली
