Chalo Ham Donon Chalen Vahan
Narendra Sharma5 verses · ~1 min
जहां दिन भर महुआ पर झूल, रात को चू पड़ते हैं फूल, बांस के झुरमुट में चुपचाप, जहां सोये नदियों के कूल;

Paired Painting
The Meeting of Bhima and Hidimbi
This painting captures a tender and pivotal moment from the ancient Indian epic, the Mahabharata. It depicts the forest of Kamyaka, where the Pandava prince Bhima, exhausted from his travels, rests beneath a tree. In this moment, he is discovered by Hidimbi, a forest demoness, who is struck by his strength and beauty. The artist renders the forest with a lush, verdant depth, emphasizing the quiet tension before their fated union. It is a work of profound romantic resonance, highlighting how the epic transcends the boundaries of the human and the otherworldly, ultimately uniting the two souls in a bond that would bring forth their son, Ghatotkacha.
