बहुत भयभीत कर सकता है एक अकेला-सा शब्द अकेला। शक्ति का जर्रा-जर्रा निकाल कर तन से झुका सकता है कितनी ही शक्तियों के सामने घेर सकता है कितने ही भयों से घिरी घटनाओं से जिन्हें अभी होना था।
अकेला आदमी अगर हो जाए अकेला अपने से भी तो बहुत तकलीफ़ देता है यह शब्द अकेला। गा उठता है कवि अकेला हूं अकेले रहा नहीं जाता तड़फ उठता है आदमी अपने द्वीप से अकेलेपन के खौफ पर।
पर नहीं रह पाता हावी देर तक अगर कुरेद लिया जाए थोड़ा।
चलता है जब आदमी अकेला तो नहीं होता इतना भी अकेला थोड़ा घर भी होता है उसके साथ होता है थोड़ा आसपास भी चलता है जो बिन थके बीहडों में भी साथ-साथ।
एक राह भी होती है जुडी पांवों से बिछी पीछे अर्जित कर आए हैं जिसे खुद पांव अपने।
अकेले आदमी के पास हो सकती हैं थोड़ी प्रार्थनाएं भी स्वरचित शायद सबसे ज्यादा।
हो सकती हैं थोड़ी चुनौतियां भी चुनौतियों से लबालब। बहुत कुछ हो सकता है अकेले आदमी के पास हो सकते हैं कुछ चित्र जिन्हें वह चाहता रहा है देखना, हो सकते हैं कुछ अनुभव जिन्हें वह चाहता रहा है जीना, कुछ रंग भी हो सकते हैं जिन्हें वह चाहता रहा है भरना, बांस-बुरास में उगती हरी पत्तियों से एहसास भी हो सकते हैं तनिक जिनसे वह चाहता रहा है चौंकना।
क्या नहीं हो सकता अकेले आदमी के पास बहुत कुछ हो सकता है, बहुत कुछ ऐसा जैसा सोच भी नहीं सकता अकेला होने से पहले अकेला आदमी।
जब भी नहीं होने दिया अकेला अकेले आदमी ने खुद को शक्तियां झुकी हैं।
