यह आँगन धन्यवाद देकर मन ही मन यों मुस्काएगा यात्राएँ सभी अधूरी हैं तू लौट यहीं फिर आएगा ओ जाने वाले परदेसी ये पथ तुझको भरमाएँगे

घर की यादों के जले दीप रेती में आग लगाएँगे छालों को छीलेंगे तेरे सपनों के महलों के खण्डहर

ये विदा-समय की नम पलकें हारे कंधे थपकाएँगी गोधूलि सनी घंटियाँ तुझे पगडंडी पर ले आएँगी तुलसी चौरे के पास जला दीवा सूरज बन जाएगा तुतली बोली वाला छौना प्राणों में हूक जगाएगा

कस्तूरी-से गंधाते पल टेरेंगे रे हिरना अक्सर
