मन की गहरी घाटी में क्या उतरेगा कोई जो उतरेगा वह फिर उससे निकल न पाएगा ।

फिसलन भरे, नुकीले पत्थर वाले पर्वत हैं जो घाटी को सभी ओर युग-युग से घेरे हैं सूरज रोज़ सुबह आता है शिखरों तक लेकिन कभी तलहटी तक आ पाते नहीं सवेरे हैं मत झाँको तुम इसकी गहरी अन्ध-गुफ़ाओं में आँखों वाला अन्धकार मन में बस जाएगा ।

कौन चुनौती स्वीकारेगा, किसको फ़ुरसत है इस घाटी में आकर मन का नगर बसाने की सूनेपन की गहराई को छूकर देखे फिर चीर शून्य को प्राणों का संगीत गुँजाने की निपट असम्भव को सम्भव कोई, कैसे कर दे निविड़ रात्रि में इन्द्रधनुष कैसे खिल पाएगा ।
