कहाँ करुणानिधि केशव सोये। जागत नेक न जदपि बहु बिधि भारतवासी रोए।।
इक दिन वह हो जब तुम छिन नहिं भारतहित बिसराए। इत के पशु गज को आरत लखि आतुर प्यादे धाए।।
इक इक दीन हीन नर के हित तुम दुख सुनि अकुलाई। अपनी संपति जानि इनहिं तुम रछ्यौ तुरतहि धाई।।
प्रलयकाल सम जौन सुदरसन असुर प्रानसंहार। ताकी धार भई अब कुण्ठित हमरी बेर मुरारी।।
दुष्ट जवन बरबर तुव संतति घास साग सम काटैं। एक-एक दिन सहस-सहस नर-सीस काटि भुव पाटैं।।
ह्वै अनाथ आरज-कुल विधवा बिलपहिं दीन दुखारी। बल करि दासी तिनहीं वनावहिं तुम नहीं लजत खरारी।।
कहाँ गए सब शास्त्र कही जिन भारी महिमा गाई। भक्तबछल करुणानिधि तुम कहँ गायो बहुत बनाई।।
हाय सुनत नहिं निठुर भए क्यों परम दयाल कहाई। सब बिधि बूड़त लखि निज देसहि लेहु न अबहुँ बचाई।।
