चना जोर गरम। चना बनावैं घासी राम। जिनकी झोली में दूकान।। चना चुरमुर-चुरमुर बोलै। बाबू खाने को मुँह खोलै।। चना खावैं तोकी मैना। बोलैं अच्छा बना चबैना।। चना खाएँ गफूरन, मुन्ना। बोलैं और नहीं कुछ सुन्ना।। चना खाते सब बंगाली। जिनकी धोती ढीली-ढाली।। चना खाते मियाँ जुलाहे। दाढ़ी हिलती गाहे-बगाहे।। चना हाकिम सब खा जाते। सब पर दूना टैक्स लगाते।। चना जोर गरम।।
